This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the one that applies.
In short: we ask for a username, an email address and a password. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and nothing is sold on or passed to anyone. You can erase your account yourself, at any time, from within the game.

What we keep, and why

What we do not do
- No advertising, no advertising trackers, no profiling.
- No third-party analytics.
- No sale, no rental, no sharing of your data for commercial purposes.
- No automated decision producing legal effects concerning you.
- No IP address kept in our databases.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. The game keeps three things in your browser’s local storage: your sign-in token, the career you have open, and the appearance you have chosen. They serve only to spare you signing in again on every page and are passed to nobody. That is why no consent banner is forced on you: this storage is strictly necessary for the service you asked for.
Clearing site data in your browser erases them, and signs you out.
Who else has access
Our host, À COMPLÉTER — nom de l’hébergeur, insofar as it runs the servers. Nobody else. The data is hosted in the European Union and is not transferred outside it.
Inside the game, other managers see what belongs to the game: your manager name, your face, your club, your results, and how long it has been since you signed in. Neither your email address nor your sign-in username is shown to them.
For how long
- For as long as your account exists.
- An account with no sign-in for twenty-four months is deleted, after a warning sent to your email address.
- When you delete your account, everything goes immediately, with no retention period: your personal careers are destroyed with it.
- One exception, deliberately: the club you ran in the shared world is not deleted, it is handed back to the computer. Erasing it would mean erasing half a league that other players are still contesting, and their results with it. That club then carries no data about you at all.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
- Rectification: your manager name, your nationality and your face can be changed from within the game.
- Erasure: deleting your account is directly available in the game. It is immediate and final — we will not ask you to write to us to obtain it.
- Access or retrieve your data: write to À COMPLÉTER — adresse email de contact, we answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.
Minors
The game is not intended for children under fifteen. If you are under fifteen, a parent’s consent is required to create an account.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Passwords are derived with scrypt using a salt unique to each account, and verification is done in constant time. No system is infallible: in the event of a data breach likely to create a risk for you, we will inform you and notify the CNIL within the time limits laid down by the regulation.
Changes
This policy may change. The date at the top of the page shows the last modification, and any significant change will be announced to you in the game.
