Terms of use

Last updated: 10 août 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the one that applies.

In short: the game is free, it is played fairly, one account per person, and you can leave whenever you like. What follows sets out those four points.

1. Purpose

Golteo is an online football management game, published by À COMPLÉTER — nom et prénom, ou raison sociale. Creating an account means accepting these terms. If any point strikes you as unacceptable, do not create an account.

2. Your account

3. What has no place here

The game puts people in touch with one another: messages between managers, club names, transfer offers. The following are prohibited:

Depending on the seriousness, we may remove content, cancel a gain obtained by such means, suspend an account or delete it. You may contest a decision by writing to À COMPLÉTER — adresse email de contact.

4. What the game owes you — and does not owe you

5. What is yours, what is ours

The text you write — messages, club names — remains yours. You grant us the right to display it in the game, which is necessary for it to reach whoever it is addressed to.

The game itself, its code, its artwork and its name belong to its publisher. The clubs and players generated by the program do not belong to you: an account grants a right of access to the service, not ownership of a club.

6. Nothing to pay

The game is free and contains no purchases. Should that ever change, no payment would grant a sporting advantage, and these terms would be amended and brought to your attention before anything was put in place.

7. Leaving

You may delete your account at any time from within the game, without giving a reason and without delay. Exactly what that erases is set out in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and any significant change is announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction. A consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman.
